PRICING

  1. Please note that all prices of items are quoted in US dollars. Both international and local customers may make payments through WorldPay, a secured internet service.
  2. Only customers in Singapore may make payments by cheque or money order. For payment details, please contact us.
  3. Shipping charges are not included in the prices of the products / items featured.

ORDERING INFORMATION / PROCESS

  1. Every attempt has been made to be as accurate as possible in the descriptions and images of the items. Please take note that colors and appearances may vary due to different browsers and monitors used by the viewer. Additional information will be provided upon request, so please feel free to email us before ordering.
  2. Due to the restrictive custom laws in some countries, purchases and shipping of certain items such as watches and expensive costume jewellery may not be permitted. Please email us for further details before ordering.
  3. Please note that by placing an order with us, you are agreeing to the policies set forth on this page.
  4. After submission of order, a computer-generated confirmation will be sent to customers via email.
  5. All customers who made payments via WorldPay, the order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours after clearance of payment by WorldPay.
  6. For customers in Singapore who wish to make payments by cheque or money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received after the 7th day, the items will be returned to the inventory for sale. Items will be processed and sent within 48 hours after clearance of cheque or money order.

SHIPPING

  1. Shipping charges are to be paid by the customers.
  2. For international customers, please keep in mind that your order may be subject to import duty / taxes or other restrictions in your country, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.
  3. To comply with international shipping laws, packages are shipped with the appropriate customs documentation with the full retail value declared.
  4. Orders made by both international and local customers will be delivered via different methods depending on the value of the items and the fragility of the items. The items may be sent by Registered Mail / Parcel, Registered Airmail / Parcel or Courier Service. Shipping for international customers will normally take 4 to 16 working days (depending on the destinations and the mode of shipping) and 3 to 8 days (depending on mode of delivery) for local customers (excluding payment clearance).
  5. For International buyers, insurance coverage can be further arranged. Please email us to find out about the cost of insurance and to make the necessary arrangement before ordering. Please note that the additional cost of the insurance will be borne by the buyers in addition to the shipping charges quoted.

RETURN POLICY

  1. We regret that all items purchased are one-of-a-kind, and therefore are not returnable or exchangeable. Every care will be made to ensure the safe delivery of our products.
